University Clinic
The Lumina Medical University Clinic is a teaching healthcare facility where students train under the supervision of practicing physicians, dentists and pharmacists while patients receive real clinical care.
About the Clinic
Located on the university's main campus, the LMU Clinic combines outpatient medical care, a dental clinic and a teaching pharmacy. It serves as the primary clinical training base for General Medicine, Dentistry and Pharmacy students from their third year onward, supplemented by partner hospitals across Astana.
Clinical Services
General & Family Medicine
Outpatient consultations, preventive checkups and chronic disease management.
Dentistry & Oral Surgery
General, restorative, pediatric and surgical dental care.
Diagnostics & Laboratory
Clinical laboratory testing, ultrasound and basic imaging services.
Teaching Pharmacy
Prescription dispensing, medication counseling and pharmaceutical care.
A Clinical Training Base
Every patient visit at the LMU Clinic is also a teaching opportunity: students observe, assist and, under close supervision, perform clinical tasks appropriate to their level of training — from history-taking in year three to supervised procedures in the final years.
Appointments
Patients can book an appointment by phone or email. Priority is given to LMU students, staff and their families, with a limited number of places open to the public for teaching purposes.
